6 cups fresh, reipe peaches, peeled and sliced (about 10-12 medium-size peaches)
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon iodized salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons enriched all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange sliced peaches in an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Stir sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour together until well blended. Sprinkle over peaches. Dot with butter or margarine.

Roll pastry to about 1/8-inch thick. Place over sugared peaches. Cut steam vents; trim and flute edge just inside edge of pan.

Bake in preheated 400º oven for 45 - 55 minutes, or until done. Serve warm (not hot), with cream or ice cream, if desired.
