1 lb ground Turkey
2 Pks Taco Seasoning
Lettuce - chopped
Tomatoes - chopped
Onions - chopped
1 pkg shredded cheddar
1 medium bag taco chips - tortillas
1 bottle catalina salad dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey - add taco seasoning & a little water - simmer.

Combine lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and meat mixture add scrunched taco chips - add catalina dressing - careful not to add too much - Serve right away.

This was something that I remember my Aunt making for us - when we were kids - visiting in Chicago - Catalina dressing may sound strange - but, don't knock it - till you try it.
