1 stick butter
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 Cup chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 pint 1/2 and 1/2
10 oz jack cheese - cut up
3 egg yolks - well beaten
garlic and salt to taste
Tobasco to taste
1/2 Cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 small jar of pimentos (optional)
2 lbs Crap - picked free of shell
French Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in skillet. Saute onions and garlic - add green onion and parsley and turn off heat. In a medium saucepan, soften corn starch in a little water, add 1/2 & 1/2 and stir constantly with wire whisk until slightly thick. Add cheese and melt. Stir in 3 well beaten egg yolks, continuing to stir constantly. Cook until thick. Add garlic salt and tobasco to taste. Add olive and pimento if desired. Add crabmeat and parsley/green onion mixture. Place in a buttered casserole - top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 until brown and bubblinig

Jackie first made this in 2000 for her Valentine Extravaganza Supper - hear that it was out of this world......(I know that crab is a bit more plentiful in Louisiana - but, if you ever get the chance...)
