3 8oz pks cream cheese
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar

Toppiing:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 prepared grahm cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and sugar - add lemon peel, vanilla, 4 slightly beaten eggs - mix on low until smooth.

Pour into 9 x 13 pan that has the grahm cracker crust bottom.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.

Take out to cool - while it is cooling make the topping -

Sauce pan - mix brown sugar and whipping cream - heat on medium until boiling, simmer for ten minutes - take off of the burner - add pecans and vanilla - stir well and pour on top of the cheese cake -

Should refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours
