2 lb hamburger - ground chuck
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
sliced onion
salt and pepper
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Jumbo hamburger buns
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, bread crumbs and egg - salt and pepper - make half pound patties.........

Grill - when they are done - add heaping amounts of the shredded cheese - until melted

Saute the onions

Brush the buns with the butter and put on grill to toast.....

Assemble burgers with the sauteed onions....and any other burger favorite toppings

Cindy says that for big eaters - you can make this a double - - - - serve with heaping amounts of homemade french fries - drink with real cokes - - - (no diet stuff here)........
