2 pkg. spinach leaves
1 can bean sprouts (optional)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 hard-boiled eggs
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:
1/4 cup salad oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbls ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 medium onion, grated or chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Shake all ingredients for dressing in jar. Clean spinach thoroughly. Pour dressing over tossed spinach, bean sprouts (optional), water chestnuts, chopped hard-boiled eggs and bacon.
