1 Venison Tenderloin
1 Red or Green Bell Pepper -
1 Onion
1 Pkg Cream Cheese

Directions:

Cube all ingredients -

Using a skewer - load onion, pepper, venison and cream cheese - in that order - 2x per skewer

Cook over the grill for about 15 minutes

Ben tells me that this is delish! Also, that the cream cheese stays on the skewer......hmmm...
