1 c. boiling water
2 10 oz. frozen sweetened strawberries, partially thawed
1 20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. mashed firm bananas (about 3 medium)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in berries, pineapple, bananas and walnuts. Pour half into 9x13" baking dish. Chill about 1 hour until set. Keep remaining jello mixture at room temperature. When first layer is set, spread with sour cream or yogurt. Gently spoon remaining jello mixture over the top and chill 8 hours or overnight. Serves 12-15.

Personal Notes:
Great for buffets or potlucks. Delicious and very refreshing, especially on a hot summer day. Cuts better made with sour cream but yogurt is a good and healthier alternative.
