4 c. flour
1/4 - 1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. light cream
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Mix cream and eggs, then add to dry mixture. Mix just to moisten. May need to knead a few times in the bowl. Pat dough out 1/2 - 3/4" thick and cut into biscuits about 3 - 4" wide using a floured.drinking glass rim. Bake at 450* for about 10" or golden.

Serve with 6-8 cups sweetened berries and plenty of whipped cream
