3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves ( @ 1lb)
2 t olive oil
1 t bottled minced garlic
1 t ground cumin
1 t chili powder
1 16oz bag frozen bell pepper stirfry mix
1 can black beans
1 c bottled salsa
1 c already shredded Colby-jack cheese
8 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Slice chicken into strips 1/4 inch wide. Add chicken as you slice and add garlic. Add cumin, chili powder, stir well. Add peppers, mix and stir. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile drain and rinse beans, add to skillet, lower heat to low. Add salsa, stir to distribute evenly. Sprinkle with cheese.Cover to melt cheese. Serve in warm tortillas
