12 vanilla wafers
2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place a wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix just until well blended. Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 325º. Cool then chill. If desired top with small piece of fruit or chocolate shavings.
