1 lb extra lean beef (or turkey/ chicken)
1 tube Reduced fat Grands biscuits
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1/4 c water
1 can diced tomatoes
1 c Pace salsa cheese sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Brown meat, add taco seasoning and water. Remove from heat. Flatten each biscuit with rolling pin (to about 41/2 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick). place on ungreased cookie sheet. Place 2T meat in center of each biscuit: leave the remaining meat in pan. Fold dough over meat, press edges with fork to seal. Bake @ 8 minutes. Meanwhile, add tomatoes with their juice and salsa cheese sauce to remaining meat in pan. Cook over low heat, simmer until empanadas are done. Serve sauce over empanadas
