Grilled Chicken in Spiced Yogurt Recipe

2 1/4 c plain yogurt ( 18 oz whole milk) Divided
3 t olive oil
2 1/2 T fresh lemon juice
2t salt
1 T chili powder
3/4 t ground cumin
3/4 t ground coriander
3/4 t black pepper
1/4 t cinnamon
6 boneless skinless chicken breast (2 1/4 - 2 1/2 lb total)
1 c small fresh mint leaves (thinly shredded)
2 T minced shallot

Whisk together 1 c yogurt, 2 T oil ,1 T lemon juice, salt and spices- add chicken, turn to coat. Marinate at room temp. 20 minutes.
Prepare grill. Cook chicken .(discard marinade)
Whisk remaining 1 1/4 c yogurt, 1 1/2 T lemon juice, shallot and mint leaves. Serve over cooked chicken.
