Aunt Loretta's Crab Spaghetti Recipe

1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 6 ounce cans tomato paste
1 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes
1 14.5 ounce can stewed tomatoes
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
2 cans crab meat, rinsed and drained
Crab claws, if available
16 ounces spaghetti, cooked according to directions

In a large saucepan, saute' the onion and celery in the olive oil until tender
Add garlic and saute' another 30 seconds
Add the tomato paste and mix until the oil is absorbed
Add the rest of the tomato ingredients
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
Add the crab meat and simmer another 30 minutes or longer
The longer you simmer, the more the flavors develop
Serve over spaghetti
