2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
4oz Cheddar Cheese
2 Teaspoons of mustard
1 tabs of Cornflour
1oz Butter
3/4 Pint of Milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut through middle of Chicken Breasts open out,
lay in bottom of oven proof dish.

Melt butter in pan add cornflour and milk, stir until sauce thickens add Mustard and Cheese, Salt and Pepper,

Pour over Chicken bake in oven for 1 Hour
Gas mark 4 / Electric 200º
