1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup oil
3 carrots diced
1 red pepper diced
1 squash diced
1 can 8 oz mushrooms diced
sugar to taste
salt to taste
garlic powder
red paprika
parsley flakes
black pepper dash

saute onions and garlic in oil until translucent. add tomato sauce, diced vegetables,and spices and let cook for 1 hour on medium flame. serve over anything meatballs, chicken cutlets or even good as is!!
