1/2 dry Black Beans
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 C onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 packet Sazon Seasoning (without Annatto)
2 tbs white cooking wine or cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak and rinse beans. In a large saucepan, soak beans in 4 C water. Do not drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, pepper and garlic; cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir mixture into beans in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until beans are tender.
Serve over hot rice.

This is the closest thing to good old Cuban Black Beans that I have found. Good old Florida!
