1 head romaine lettuce
1 bunch green onions
1 carton cherry tomatoes
1 carton shredded provel cheese

Dressing:
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons horseradish
3/4 cup vinegar
11/2 cups Crisco oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
11/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender until well combined and creamy. Store in the refrigerator.

Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing. You'll have leftover dressing, and it stores for a couple of weeks in the refrigerator.
