1/2 cup corn syrup
16 oz. white chocolate, melted
Coloring and/or flavoring

Directions:
Use a spatula to combine the ingredients. Add coloring and flavoring, if desired. Spread out on a cookie sheet or shallow pan that is lined with plastic. Cool several hours before using.

If you use milk chocolate or dark chocolate, increase the corn syrup to 2/3 cup. You can also work in additional ingredients, such as nuts or dried fruits.
