1 large head cauliflower
2-3 cloves garlic, coarsely minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil
Coarse sea salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450º
Cut cauliflower into flowerets and place on cookie sheet
Sprinkle minced garlic over flowerets
Squeeze the lemon and drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower
Bake 15-25 minutes or until tops are lightly browned
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving
