1 Stewing Chicken
Chopped Celery
Lettuce (if desired)
Miracle Whip
Canned Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken as for frying and (cover) boil for 3 - 4 hours until good and done. Remove chicken from broth and cool on a plate. Revove skin and cut into small pieces. Add chopped celery and lettuce (if desired) Mix miracle whip with a little canned milk for dressing.
