2 cups canned pineapple in own juice, drained
1 10 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
2 cup miniature marshmellows
1 cup fresh grated coconut
10 oz sliced banana
1 cup sour cream
2 cups whip cream
1/3 cup concentrated frozen orange juice
8 oz Neufchatel cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Whip Neufchatel cheese until smooth and creamy; add sour cream and orange juice. Blend in with fruit and marshmallows and fold in whipped cream.
Chill for several hours before serving.
