1 10 oz can tomato soup
1 soup can full of milk
2 tbls sherry wine
cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cups smoked sausage
cup sherry
3 raw carrots sliced
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 tbls parsley, chopped
dash ground pepper

Heat together tomato soup, milk, sherry wine, cheddar cheese.
Simmer smoked sausage in cup sherry.
Drain sausage and add to soup.
Add: carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms, parsley, celery and pepper.
Simmer all together for 5 minutes.
Served topped with Fritos.
