2 Tbls. Sugar
1 Tbls. Kosher Salt
5 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1 Tbls. Hot red pepper Flakes
1 Tbls. Freshly ground Black Pepper
¼ Cup Dried Porcini Mushrooms, ground to a fine powder
¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 28 oz. Rib Eye Steak, cut 2 inches thick

Olive Oil and Balsamic for drizzling

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the sugar, salt, garlic, red pepper flakes, pepper and mushroom powder. Add olive oil and stir well into a fairly dry paste.
Rub paste all over steak, coating evenly, marinate overnight or for 12 hours.
Preheat Grill
Remove steak from plastic and brush off excess marinade.
Cook on the hottest part of the grill for 25 minutes, turning every 6 minutes to an internal temperature of 120 for medium rare.
Allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Serve immediately.
