1 cup chopped almonds
grated rind from 1 orange
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 heaping tbls sugar
1 8 oz package dried cranberries
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
4 to 5 cups ripe pears cut in bite size pieces, DO NOT peel.
¼ cup cranberry juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine almonds, orange rind, cinnamon, cloves and sugar in small bowl.
In a medium bowl toss dried cranberries with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Stir cranberry mixture in with pears. Arrange fruit in baking dish; add cranberry juice.
Sprinkle almond mixture over top of fruit.
Bake on center rack for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with cream or nonfat vanilla yogurt.
