12 Oz. Tubular Macaroni or Penne, cooked 8 minutes and drained
1 lb. Feta, crumbled
8 Large Eggs
2 ½ cups Milk
5 oz. Light cream
3 Oz. Butter cut into cubes

8-10 sheets filo

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Lightly butter or oil a lasagna pan.
Brush 4 sheets of filo with butter, allow to hang over all 4 sides of the pan
In a bowl mix macaroni, feta, eggs, milk and cream.
Pour filling into the pan, add the cubes of butter
Fold in the overhanging filo.
Butter 4 more sheets and place on top, tuck overhang into sides of pan. Brush top with butter.
Bake 45 minutes until golden brown.
Serve either hot or cold.
