lb Muenster Cheese Grated
10 oz. Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tbls fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb filo
1 lb butter

Combine all ingredients except filo and butter.
Melt lb butter. Cut filo into 3 sections lengthwise. Keep wrapped with a damp cloth or paper towel, working quickly, so the filo will not dry out.
Brush filo with butter, layer with three pieces of buttered filo.
Place a heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture in the corner and fold triangles as an American Flag is folded.
Lay finished triangles on buttered baking sheets and brush tops with melted butter.
Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
