1 ¼ flour
½ cup honey
1 tbls baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 cups Kellogg's all bran cereal
1 ¼ cup low fat milk
1 egg
¼ cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, salt and baking powder and set aside.
Combine all bran cereal and milk, let stand for 5 minutes until cereal softens.
Add egg, oil and honey to cereal mixture and mix well.
Add flour mixture and stir only until combined.
Portion evenly into muffin pan sprayed with oil.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve warm.
