Bran Muffins Recipe

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbls sugar
tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp dried lemon rind
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp ground cloves
2 cups buttermilk
1 cups all bran
2 jumbo eggs, beaten
cup molasses
4 tbsp melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flours, sugar, salt, soda, lemon, almond meal, cinnamon and cloves and mix well.
Combine in separate bowl; buttermilk and all bran. Add to dry ingredients after all the milk has been absorbed by the all bran.
Combine eggs, molasses and butter.
Mix and bake for 20 minutes.
