7-8 cups popped popcorn
3/4 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp light corn syrup
1/4 c. baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place popped popcorn in large baking pan or roasting pan, seeds removed. Butter a large piece of foil and set aside. In medium saucepan combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat until it boils; continue at steady rate without stirring for 5 more minutes. Remove sauce from heat, stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour caramel over popcorn and stir gently to coat. Bake at 300º for 15 minutes. Stir and bake an additional 5 minutes. Spread mixture over buttered foil to cool.
