1 cup flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. jarred caramel
1 c. milk chocolate pieces
1/2 c. butterscotch chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 º
For crust, in medium bowl stir together flour and brown sugar; slowly cut butter in until mixture resembles coarse crumbles. Press crumb mixture on bottom of ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over crust.
For filling, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; pour over pecans and coconut. Bake for 25-30 minutes until filling is set. Cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle caramel over filling and sprinkle with chocolate and butterscotch (optional) chips. Cool completely and cut into bars.
