Pepperoni Bread:

1 bag of ready made pizza dough
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bag of sliced pepperoni

-or-

Sausage Bread:

1 package of sweet, Italian sausage
1 jar of Mancini fried sweet peppers and onions
1 bag of ready made dough
1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Pepperoni:

Spread the dough on a rectangle cookie sheet. Layer pepperoni slices all over the dough and then the cheese. Roll up (seam side down on cookie sheet) and bake at 375º for 40 minutes (or until golden brown). Slice like bread.

Sausage:

Fry sausage until almost done then add jar of peppers and finish cooking sausage, drain and cool meat mixture for 1/2 hour, spread dough out on cookie sheet, add meat all over the dough then cheese, roll up (seam side down) and bake at 375º for 40 minutes (or until golden brown). Slice like bread.

Add spaghetti sauce on the side for dipping, if wanted.
