2 fish filet
½ c. chopped pepper
½ c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped celery
½ stick margarine
1 lb. raw shrimp (chopped with a few whole for topping)
1 can bread crumbs
4 oz. can minced clams, strained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 claw for fresh crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Create in incision in the fish filet. After mixing all ingredients, stuff the fish. Add salt, pepper, and a pinch of oregano. Place the fish in a greased pan and top with sliced onion, green pepper, and tomatoes. Drizzle the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cover with foil and bake at 400° for one hour or until done. Before removing it from the oven, garnish fish with whole shrimp.
