1 15oz package folded refrigerated unbaked piecrusts (2 crusts)
1 cup pie filling (we love peach!)

Directions:
Directions:
Oven at 375 degrees. On lightly floured surface, unfold piecrust and cut each one into 4 wedges. Spoon about 2 tablespoons pie filling into each wedge. Moisten edges and fold together. Press edges together with a fork. Place on un-greased cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Take out of oven and brush butter on the tops of each pastry. Sprinkle a cinnamon and sugar mixture on top and place back in oven for 5 more minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping, if you like.
