Chicken Breasts
Broccoli Florets
Red Grapes
Red Onion - Sliced Thin

Dill Mayonnaise:
1 Shallot
2 c. Mayonnaise
3/8 c. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
3/8 to 1/2 c. Fresh Dill - Chopped

Original Recipe Amounts From Edwards Caterer:
8 Shallots
1/2 c. Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
16 c. Mayonnaise (1 Gallon)
3 c. Sour Cream
3 to 4 c. Fresh Dill - Chopped

Boil chicken breast and cut into cubes. Add to it the broccoli buds, red grapes and thinly sliced red onion.

Mix all the Dill Mayonnaise ingredients together in a food processor or blender, adding the fresh dill last after mixing.
