2lb. ground beef 1 med. onion
1-15 oz can black 0r pinto beans
1 cup corn
1 can tomato sauce
1-4oz, can diced green chilies
1/2 t salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. cayenne pepper-optional
12 hard taco shells
1/2 c tomatoes, diced
1/4 head of iceberg lettuce shredded
11/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c sour cream

brown onion & gr beef-drain.put in crock-pot & add-beans,corn,tomato sauce,chilies,salt, garlic powder
& pepper. cover & cook6 hrs. Put taco shells in a casserole dish-pack tight so they do not fall over. Spoon 3 T of meat mixture into each shell & layer tomatoes, lettuce &cheese. put under broiler to melt cheese. Garnish with sour cream.
