3 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. clovers
1 tsp, allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
A drop of vanilla
1 can of pumpkin

Prepare 3 one pound coffee cans with heavy coats of crisco and flour. Cream 2 3/4 cups sugar and 1 cup crisco. Add 3 eggs and beat well. Stir in 2 cups (1 pound can) prepare pumpkin. Stir together ingredients.

Bake at 325 degrees until bread pulls away from sides. About 1 hr to 1 hr. 15 minutes. Stir dry ingredients into moist mixture until well blended. For variation, add nuts or raisins.
