1 whole chicken or boneless chicken breast
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp new mexico or california chili powder
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp Msg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 to 6 cups of water depending on desired thickness
5 potatoes
long grain rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken and place in a large pot
Blend or cut up onion into small pieces and add in large pot
Add cut up slices of bell pepper
Next add in all the spices, oil, and water
Stir and bring to a boil, let this boil on high for 5min always stirring
Then reduce the heat to medium and cook for 30min slightly covered with lid
Stirring occasionally
Peel and cut potatoes in 1/4 pieces and add to curry
Cook on medium with pot uncovered for an additional 20min or until potatoes are done

*Cook desired amount of long grain rice*
Serve Curry over Rice and Enjoy

For a more spicy curry with thicker sauce you can fry the finely chopped onion and garlic with salt and oil then slowly add water (4 cups) and spices boil for 5 min then add chicken and bell pepper and follow original directions.
