1 liter of milk (4 1/4 cup)
4 eggs
1/2 of a real teaspoon of oil
pinch of salt
500 grams of flour (5 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. If you use a mixer add ingredients from top to bottom. If you mix by hand add from bottom to top. By making a hole in the flour.
Heat pan to medium. Spread very thin layer. When you can move it flip it over. Serve immediately.

We like to make ham and cheese or any kind of sweet stuff in the middle. This is the real deal from a french woman who served us Crepes at her house.
