6-8 cups tomatoes chopped and drained
1 Tbsp of lime juice
2 tsp. of salt
1 Jalapeņo (no seeds)
1 medium white or yellow onion
1 large green pepper
1 Anaheim pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dice everything and mix together. Eat immediate. Keeps in the refrigerator for about one week max. Gets spicier the longer it sits. If you want heat add the jalapeņo seeds.
