10 C riced potatoes ( 5lb. of potatoes equals 10 cups riced.)
1 stick oleo
2/3 C milk ( 1/3 condensed & 1/3 whole)
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and soak in water to remove starch. Boil potatoes until cooked. Put in ricer while hot. Add oleo and refrigerate 1 hour. Mix with pastry cutter; milk, salt, sugar and flour. Add flour mixture to potato and knead and add 2 more cups of flour until stickiness is gone, about 5 minutes. Divide into 24 pieces. Set grill at 400º Roll thin, add flour to each piece as you roll, never restart with rolling. Wipe hot plate with dry clean rag, no grease.. Use lefse stick and place on grill. fry about one minute until just golden on both sides, lay on cloth
