One 8oz pack of Philadephia cream cheese
3c. sugar
5 eggs
11/2 tsp vanilla flavor
3c. sifted flour
3 sticks of butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:

Combine cream cheese, margarine and sugar until smooth
Add eggs one at a time and beat well with each addition
Add sifted flour a little at a time, blend well
Add vanilla flavor blend well

Preparation for tube cake pan-
oil pan with crisco shortening, dusk with flour, turn pan upside down, tap out excess flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake in center rack for 1 and 1/2hours or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean
