1 1/4 c. salted pretzels (crumbs)
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2-8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 individual size envelopes of instant margarita mix
4 large eggs
1/3. c tequila
1 tsp. grated lime rind
1 tsp. vanilla
2-8 oz. cartons of sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
1 T. lime juice
Garnish: lime slices/grated lime rind

Combine: salted pretzel crumbs, 1 T. sugar, and butter. Press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9' springfoam pan. Bake at 375ºF for 6-8 minutes. Set prepared pan aside.

Beat: cream cheese at medium speed with mixer until fluffy. Gradually add next sugar, margarita mix, eggs one at a time, and then stir in tequila, 1 tsp lime rind and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 375ºF for 25 to 30 minutes or until center sets. Remove from oven, cool for 30 minutes.

Combine: sour cream and next 3 ingredients. Spread over top and bake again at 425ºF for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Cover and chill for 8 hours for best taste.
