1 box yellow cake mix ( betty crocker butter)
3 eggs
1/3 c.oil or applesauce
3-5 mashed bananas
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix mashed bananas with eggs, oil or applesauce, cake mix and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan or bundt pan and bake for 30- 35 minutes. For bundt allow 45 minutes
Let cool about 10 minutes.
