4 pie crusts
1 lb hamburger, uncooked
1 large baking potato, uncooked and chopped
1 cup onion, chopped (1 medium onion)
Butter
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Let pie crusts warm to room temperature, then cut in half, unroll and set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine hamburger, potato, onion, and salt and pepper to taste. On halved crust, place a heaping spoonful of hamburger mixture on one half. Place small dab of butter on top. Fold dough over and pinch edges to seal (like a calzone). Cut 3 slits in top and repeat until dough and hamburger mixture is gone. Bake at 350º for appx 30 minutes (or until golden brown and cooked through).
