1 can chopped crab - drained
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. dried onion
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c. parsley
1 Buttermilk Hungry Jack rolls.

Directions:

Mis all but the last 3 ingredients. Cute each roll into 4 and press doe into round flat. spread mixture on rounds. Sprinkle parsley on each and add a water chestnut on top.
Bake 10 to 12 min. at 400º on a greased pan.
