1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
8-10 single soda crackers(crumbled)
1/4 C. onion chopped
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together and bake in a loaf pan at 375º for 1 hour.

I remember the Christmas Eve that Joyce cooked the meatloaf for2 1/4 hours! It was very well done!
