"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 - Oranges
3 - Apples
Half bunch grapes
2 - Bananas
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 to 1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel oranges and remove membranes cut orange sections about two times. Core and chop apples - not a real fine chop; add pecans and bananas. Put enough sugar over top to cover; stir real good and serve. I always add my bananas right before serving to keep them from turning. You can cut more fruit or less depending on the number of people you are serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My grandmother always made this salad and it was so good especially at Christmas. She was such a good cook I loved to eat at her house. She was always laughing about something or telling something. She and my grandad always made me laugh - they were the only grandparents I knew. My mothers parents having passed on many years before I was born, I am so grateful I got to be with my dad's dad and dad's stepmother. Two very good Christian people that influenced my life greatly. Matthew 28:18-20
