1 cut up chicken
1 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup butter
Onions - thinly sliced
1 can sliced black olives

Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, paprika, salt & pepper. Roll chicken in mixture and brown in 1/4 cup butter for 20 minutes.
Place in 9X13 baking dish and top with onions and black olives.
Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350º for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Occasionally baste the sauce over the chicken for more flavor.
