2 unbeaten egg whites
1-1/2 sugar
5 Tbls cold water
1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
1 1/2 Tbsp. white corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Using a double boiler; cook over rapidly boiling water. Beating with an electric mixer 7 minutes. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat until it peaks. Spread on cake. You may top with coconut if you like.
